First I must clearly state this review is for the 3rd shift crew only. I frequently use this Mc Donald's and have had absolutely no problem with the food or service in the morning and afternoon hours, but each and every time I have been here during the night hours the food and service is absolutely terrible. On my last visit I received a microwaved chicken sandwich not cooked but microwaved. It was still cold and raw with a still frozen center. When i approached one of the workers about this issue I was met with hostility and no resolution to the problem. I will never visit this facility again durning the night hours.

Rude staff, filthy conditions. I don't have high expectations of fast food but this was beyond terrible.

The cashier was extremely rude. I waited for my order and watched as everyone who went before me and after me got their order called. When I asked the cashier about my order, she said "you probably didn't hear it" extremely rudely and asked the man calling the orders if he had called mine. He replied "No" and promptly started to pack it and she said "See" accusingly to me, as if she had been right. The man then fulfilled my order and at least he was kind about it. The customer service is extremely horrid except for that man. I hope this cashier gets fired as her attitude is absolutely abysmal.

Worst McDonald's I have ever visited! I don't know how they keep their franchise. The list of things wrong with this place is so long that it is hard to know where to start. The basic problem must be the owner, because they determine the managers and the managers here are among the worst you will find anywhere. It would be tough to do a worse job at managing than they do here. The place is filthy dirty everywhere. Trash on the floor, counter and tables that are covered with grime, bathrooms that had feces on the doors and walls, and even the order counter was covered with grease and grime. Completely disgusting! We waited forever, (15 minutes) to order, and then had to wait twenty minutes for the food only to find that there was a problem with food. We tried correct the problem with the person who gave us the food order, but she couldn't understand what the issue was. She seemed to lack the intellectual capacity to understand the problem so we asked for the manager, she said "I am the manager!" Holy crap! She was so stupid. She then proceeded to simply ignore us by turning her back on us and walking away. This explains everything about this place, horrible management. There were so many "workers" just standing around doing nothing. One "worker" was standing behind the register talking to his friend about some drug fest that they went to the night before while people were waiting to give their order. The manager seemed oblivious to any of the issues happening right in front of her face. Extra charge for everything that normally would be complimentary. Save yourself a big headache and go somewhere else.

Even with two drive-thru, this place is very busy... it's also a heavy traffic area for local high school kids and when I stopped by, I had to wait about 20 minutes from pulling into the drive-thru to paying and picking up the food... I haven't been to this location in ages and this past experience reminded my why I don't go here often.... it's a busy place and expect to spend some time... my order was simple, so there was no mix-up, thankfully... Since it's by major businesses, expect the unexpected... stay away from lunch time, dinner time and mid afternoon snack time by the high school kids and late awaking college kids :)

This McDonald's is awful. I've come to try to settle late night cravings, but it NEVER does the job. The fries are really terrible. I've had them come out cold before many a time. Plus you have to ask for ketchup.

Cheapskate Award. I have been going to McDonald's Restaurants for over forty years. this is the first time that I was charged for a cup of water!!!! When asked, the counter person said that the water was free, but the cup cost 5¢. Last time I go to this cheapskate Micky D's. My total bill was over $10.00 not counting the water.

Never rated a fast food before since you know what to expect. Well this McDonalds is amazing. Been here four time and once I got food within 5 minutes of ordering. Coworkers went for drive through and I drove across town and still beat them back to the office with my big mac.

Staff is super friendly. A guy gave me two free smoothies there once.

Okay despite what Yelp-skeptics may say there are a range of ratings to be given to even ultra-standardized fast food joints including the predominant McDonald's brand. My friends and I visited the drive-thru at around midnight on a Friday night. Firstly, this fast food was not even fast, as there was a slow-moving line of cars when we pulled up. Secondly, we requested multiple different condiments with our order but when we got home and looked in the greasy bags we only had BBQ sauce. Not even ketchup?! Thirdly, I think they put mayo in my friend's sandwich even though he asked for it without. I know McDonald's should not be expected to customize any meal, but I feel like the employees should be able to handle simple requests, and at a faster pace.

for regular hours, it's OK, but for drive through, it could not be worse. normal to rude service with lack food, large fries is only half fill the box, smaller than small fires. order two apple pie, only get one. the bottom line is if you have any other choice, than keep away from this place

Among McDonalds, this one stands alone as the worst. Slow front order people, lousy food, and they even charge for a water glass.

I am such a fool. Went back earlier today. A coworker reminded the drive-thru guy to give me my apples at the last minute. I noticed he hadn't given me any ketchup. I counted my nuggets before driving away. But then I got home and realized they never gave me a chocolate milk. No big deal, right? I mean, I had to go back to Kroger tonight, so I could just stop by and pick up my chocolate milk. Wrong. They refused to give it to me without the receipt, but I don't know where the receipt is anymore because my wife threw away the happy meal containers and I can't find it. That's right--I had to dig through my own trash looking for a receipt to try to later go back on a THIRD trip to get a chocolate milk I already paid for and have now been not been given on two separate trips. I'll give them one more try next time I'm driving by, and then I'm contesting the charge through my bank.

One of the worst McDonalds ever, but I did have a decent experience today. Long waits, incorrect orders, and unfriendly staff are all common along with the issues related to the cleanliness of the location. Last week I ordered two normal burgers and a water which should have been simple. When I received the two burgers I continued to wait for the water till I finally asked the lady. She had not put the water on the order and it would be five cents. So we then had to get a manager over to approve a five cent water transaction on my card (only had $20s) before I could get my water which you can't refill. Today I waited for 14 min to get my one chicken wrap but the reason for the extra star is this one time the women apologized and did give me my money back due to the wait. Now if they could only consistently get it right and stop being a pain about getting water.

I go to this McDonald's on occasion when in Ann Arbor for a coffee drink or sweet tea for my wife. On my most recent visit I bought a large mocca frappe and drank it outside while waiting for my wife. As I got ready to leave, I pulled up to the drive through window and ordered a large sweet tea with no ice for her to drink later. The employee informed me that they didn't serve sweet tea without ice as it is a health code violation. I don't know about you, but that's the first I've ever heard of such a thing. I know for a fact that you can go inside and buy an empty cup and put whatever you want in it. I think I smell a bunch of baloney here! Anyway, I can go 1 star as it's the lowest rating I can give and I won't be back...

Dirty restaurant. Rude staff. Manager thinks that you she is doing you a favor by taking your order. Staff has no idea whats on the menu or how to use the cash register.
